Looking for a Customer Service Account Representative. You will participate with the full customer life cycle, from the inception of a relationship to the ultimate satisfaction of the customer during the transaction process.

Responsibilities:
·         Establishing a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client and driving continued value of our products and services
·         Accountability for your customers' success, which includes customer retention, positive reviews from customers and increase engagement      
·         Identifying upselling opportunities and sharing them with the team members for account growth
·         Advocating for our customers' needs and sharing feedback with the team
·         Proactively managing accounts and using the internal resources available
·         Deliver proof of value to our customers
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
